IQ Squad is a program serving youth and young adult women of color between the ages of 13-24 by providing a space to empower, educate, prepare for leadership, and build community. The program provides workshops that focus on self-care such as nutrition, mental health, and exercise. IQ Squad is dedicated to ensuring that the youth and young women in their program are well-rounded. They prepare them for job and career readiness, understanding the political system, civic engagement, and advocacy.
