Meet Our Executive Director

Hello, My name is Kenya Fagbemi, Executive Director of Her Health First.

Why put Her Health First? At Her Health First, we affirm that building healthy communities begins with resilient families, centered around mothers.

By embracing the “put your oxygen mask on first” philosophy, we prioritize self-care for African American, and BIPOC communities.  We strive to narrow the health disparity gap in Sacramento County by providing relevant culturally responsive services. Within Her Health First, we foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous learning to fulfill our agency’s mission while amplifying the voices and aspirations of those we assist.
