PRO Youth and Families is a program that supports youth and families of color, connecting them with health and wellness resources to mitigate the impact of traumatic experiences. Their partnership with HHF consists of a teen pregnancy prevention program, leadership and mentor skills program, and workshops for parents that encourage positive discussions between them and their teenage children around these topics.
